Annual Report

At the close of each fiscal year, CCS releases an Annual Report that showcases our accomplishments, the progress we’ve made toward our strategic goals, and the impact of the services we provide. This report offers a transparent look at our work—celebrating milestones, sharing data and stories, and reflecting on the collective effort that makes our mission possible. It also serves as a valuable resource for our community, helping partners, supporters, and residents better understand who we are, what we do, and how they can continue to stand with us in creating lasting change.
