We have been informed that scammers are falsely using Canyon Creek Services’ name in phone calls.
The caller claims to be a law firm or process server representing our organization and says that Canyon Creek Services is suing the person or filing a legal claim against them. They attempt to pressure the individual to "remedy" the situation — this is not legitimate and is part of a scam.
During the calls, the scammers may:
🛑Claim they cannot release details until they "verify your identity," and pressure you to provide personal information such as your name, address, date of birth, or Social Security number.
🛑After gathering personal information, they may then attempt to pressure you to pay money to resolve the supposed claim.
All of Canyon Creek Services’ programs are free, and we do not charge or bill individuals for the services we provide.
If you receive a suspicious call:
❌ Do not share any personal or financial information.
