Financial Assistance to Increase Healthcare Access for Domestic Violence Survivors
Canyon Creek Services currently receives funding through the Utah Department of Health and Human Services to lower barriers to healthcare access for survivors of domestic violence. This funding source can be used to pay for medical costs, bills, equipment, copays, and medications related to accessing healthcare or improving health. Survivors do not have to be working with Canyon Creek Services in order to apply. We also welcome referrals from healthcare providers.
